Group coaching offers participants the opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. Through guided discussions and skill-building activities, members will explore strategies for resilience, healing, and personal growth. The group focuses on emotional support, education about trauma, and practical tools for setting and achieving personal goals. By creating a safe environment for sharing and learning, “Dinah’s Healing Horizons” helps individuals reclaim their strength, rebuild their lives, and move forward with hope and confidence.
Mental Health Workshops
Chandra provides psychoeducational workshops to increase your understanding of mental health and provide you with the knowledge and skills to recognize issues, respond appropriately, and, at times, refer to a mental health professional for additional assistance.
Clinical Supervision
$60 per hour– Individual Supervision & $35 per hour – Group Supervision

Clinical Supervision is an investment in your career that will have an impact on your present and on your future. While I won’t tell you how to do therapy, I will work with you to help you develop your own unique approach to meeting the needs of the people you work with.Â
Clinical Supervision is provided in an individual and dyad format and is focused on the professional development of the therapist. Supervision sessions can be held virtually or in person as necessary. Phone and/or email consultation are utilized as needed in between weekly sessions. Supervision can be completed individually or in a group setting as availability permits.
