How do I know if you are the right Coach for me?
Take your time to read through my website. If you sense that I may be a good fit based on what you are reading, you can email me. My approach is not going to work for everyone. What’s most important to me is that you find someone who you feel is the right fit for you. We can explore that together.
Does what we talk about remain confidential?
It can be concerning feeling like things you say or do in Coaching sessions could “get out.” So I want you to know that unless you are in danger or someone else is, your story is confidential and your time in the session is protected. Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance to me. You can rest assured that you can talk about anything without fear of that information getting out. If you have specific questions about how confidentiality works, please do not hesitate to ask.
How long and frequent are Coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions are 60 & 90 minutes long. As you progress in healing your, you decide how frequently we will meet. The length of time you engage in Coaching varies based on the nature of the issues or concerns presented and the specific goals you have.
What should I do if I am having a mental health crisis?
If you are having a mental health crisis, call or text 988 or go to your local emergency department. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency department. If you are not having an emergency, please follow these steps: Are you having suicidal thoughts? If yes, please call/text The Hopeline at 877-235-4525 or The Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988. Remember this is Coaching, not a counseling therapy session.
Do you offer in person Coaching sessions?
No. This is a Telehealth only practice and all sessions are held online via a HIPAA compliant platform.
What forms of payment are accepted?
As a private-pay only Coaching service, Healing Wounds Counseling & Consultation accepts all major Credit/Debit cards. Unfortunately, the following forms of payment are not accepted: a) Cash b) Check c) Money Order d) Health Insurance
